Overview:
HLTH’s Market Connect (MC) is a curated matchmaking program designed to facilitate strategic business interactions between vetted healthcare buyers (including providers, payers, pharma, employers, and government) and sponsors.
Through 15-minute, 1:1 meetings, this program creates valuable ROI by connecting participants in a highly efficient way.
Market Connect operates on a double opt-in matchmaking system, meaning both parties must accept a meeting request for it to be scheduled. Participants set up their own meetings using our proprietary platform, allowing for a personalized experience and ensuring meetings are scheduled before the event.
Program Schedule:
All Market Connect meetings must take place in the Market Connect Lounge on the Show Floor during the following time slots (Pacific Daylight Time):

Monday, October 20th: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, October 21st: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The Market Connect Platform launches on September 29th, 2025. Login credentials and instructions will be sent via email to designated Program Representatives. Please check your spam folder on launch day if you don’t see your invite.
Each participant has full control over their availability and should open as many time slots as possible in the matchmaking platform to maximize opportunities. To secure valuable connections, Program Reps must actively send and accept meeting invitations. Additional details will be provided closer to the launch.

Sponsor Onboarding:
All primary sponsor contacts receive access to the HLTH Sponsor Onboarding Portal to submit important deliverables based on their sponsorships. The information collected (i.e. company description, product categories, etc.) will be used to create your company’s profile on the Market Connect Platform. This information is used to help MC participants decide if they want to meet with your company in this Program.
By September 26th, the primary sponsor contact must designate at least one Program Rep for the Market Connect Program through the platform. More details will be shared soon.
A Program Rep is a HLTH-registered attendee responsible for managing your company’s participation in the Market Connect Program. They receive program updates, access to the matchmaking platform, and schedule/manage meetings on behalf of your company.
Important: A Program Rep must be registered here for HLTH using either paid or complimentary passes included with your sponsorship before they can be designated as Program Reps for Market Connect Program.
The number of Program Reps you designate is dependent on the number of meetings your company has purchased, and is as follows:
Purchased 5 meetings - One designated Program Rep
Purchased 10 to 20 meetings - One or two designated Program Reps
Purchased 25 to 30 meetings - Up to three designated Program Reps
Purchased 30+ meetings - Up to four designated Program Reps
We strongly discourage too many participants from the same company in the platform and the guidelines above are based on our experience and proven methodology.
Rules of Conduct:
Information about Participants in the Market Connect Program is confidential and must not be:
Shared outside your organization.
Downloaded (including screenshots or spreadsheets).
Used for any purpose beyond the Market Connect Program guidelines.
Sponsors and Program Reps cannot contact participants outside the program based on their expressed interest in the Market Connect Program.
Contacting or soliciting participants outside of the platform, including but not limited to LinkedIn, phone, email or onsite meetings are all considered to be outside of the program and strictly prohibited.
All meetings must be scheduled within the Market Connect platform. No exceptions.
All onsite Market Connect meetings must take place in the Market Connect Connect Lounge.
Violations will result in immediate removal from the program with no refund and disqualification from future participation.
How to Obtain Participant Contact Information:
To comply with privacy regulations, participant contact details will not be shared after the event. We strongly recommend that whomever is taking a meeting should exchange contact information before the 15 minute onsite meeting concludes.
How to Purchase Additional Meetings:
Regardless of the total number of meeting requests received, you will not be able to schedule more than the number of meetings purchased. Once your Market Connect meeting schedule reaches capacity, you will see a red square alert at the top of your matchmaking dashboard. If a participant tries to accept a meeting with you, the system will indicate that your schedule is full and the meeting cannot be scheduled. You may purchase additional meetings by emailing marketconnect@hlth.com or speaking with your account manager directly. The deadline to purchase additional meetings is October 14th.
Onsite Process and Meeting Guidelines:
All Senior Executives attending meetings are encouraged to conduct themselves professionally and comply with HLTH’s Market Connect Program Guidelines:
Arrive 5 minutes early for your meeting. No check-in is required, just proceed to your assigned table.
Meetings are 15 minutes long. Staff will monitor attendance and note no-shows if a participant is more than 5 minutes late.
Exchange contact information during your meeting!
Be prepared! Participants may not be familiar with your company, so consider:
Clearly communicating your value proposition: what problem does your product solve?
Asking participants about their needs and challenges and explaining how you can help with that.Â
Preparing decks, pitches, and any relevant materials you want to share.Â
Mentioning any prior discussions with the participant.
Leaving time for questions and defining clear next steps and exchanging contact information
After each meeting, the Program Rep will be able to rate the completed meeting within the platform.

Meeting Credit Policy:
Meetings operate on a double opt-in model and depend on calendar availability, so we cannot guarantee that all purchased meetings will be scheduled. To maximize your chances, sponsors should send at least 4 times as many meeting requests as purchased, starting from the program launch until the final day of the Market Connect Program at HLTH.
Unfulfilled meetings may be eligible for credit towards a future event, subject to HLTH’s review during the post-event audit. Credit transfers are at HLTH’s discretion and depend on platform activity. Additionally, credit transfers will not be considered for contracts entered into after October 2nd, 2025.
To request a credit transfer, email marketconnect@hlth.com within 30 days after HLTH 2025. Requests will not be processed after November 22, 2025. Any HLTH 2025 credits must be applied and used for a future sponsorship at one of the following events: ViVE 2026, HLTH Europe 2026, or HLTH 2026.
